In Signing this agreement, it seen to acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms of this contract in full. 1. For the purpose of this agreement Cosmic River Oodles may also be known/recognised as CRO. 2. CRO Breeding/Whelping Process: Coming in Season: Females will return to CRO and will attend the nominated CRO Veterinarian for their pre pregnancy health check, blood test and potential mating. Returning for Whelping: Females will return to CRO, up to a week before their due date to help them to settle and prepare for their delivery. This will apply to all females unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to. Breeding Males: If you have a CRO breeding male you will be notified of when he is required to return for mating. He may be required up to a period of a week at a time, then returned home. 3. The dog listed above is being taken from CRO as one of their potential Breeding Male or Female for their breeding program only. This will mean for the purpose of this contract that when he/she is of age they will go back to CRO for breeding, and COSMIC RIVER OODLES (CRO) Breeders Terms Agreement Cosmic River Oodles promotes responsible dog ownership and de-sexing of your newest family member. Please date and sign acknowledgement on the bottom of each page: CRO Signature: Agreement Holder Signature: you agree they will not be used for breeding outside of the CRO program. 4. Breeding for females will usually start on her second or third season. At this time she would be returned to CRO for the breeding process listed in point no 2. 5. Breeding Males can start their breeding life from 12mths if deemed suitable, but this will be determined by the CRO Veterinarian. 6. If the dog listed above is De-sexed prior to or without prior consultation and written consent of CRO the person listed will be liable to pay up to $80,000. This will be due within 7 days of the event or when CRO is made aware. This fee will not be contested. 7. CRO are to be contacted immediately when the female comes into heat (season). CRO will then confirm if there are any preregistrations for their potential litter. This will determine if they will be required to be returned to CRO to undergo the Mating Process as listed above. The parties listed above will arrange a suitable time for the dog listed to be returned to CRO. 8. For the duration of this contract CRO will make every effort to meet the needs of all parties, considering the animal’s needs, and those of the family listed and CRO breeding program. 9. The designated CRO Veterinarian will determine if or when she/he is healthy and of age to be suitable as part of the CRO breeding program. 10. Potential CRO Breeding Females may have up to three litters. They will only ever be bread by CRO. After she has finished her breeding CRO will then arrange her De-sexing when CRO and a Veterinarian have deemed it suitable. 11. Potential CRO Breeding Males may be required for breeding for up to 6 years of age. He may only ever be bred by and for CRO. After this time CRO will arrange his De-sexing at a suitable time. If CRO believe he has been mated with any dog outside the CRO program, or CRO learn he has fathered any litters with any dogs outside the CRO program this agreement will be voided and CRO will then collect and retain full ownership immediately. 12. All Responsibility for the daily care, training and providing a loving home life will be the responsibility of the person listed above while he dog listed above is in their care. 13. If receiving the dog listed above as a pup it is agreed the pup will be trained to include house training, Crate training, lead trained along with being well socialised with other animals and people. This will help to ensure they are well behaved both inside the home and out in public, all traits required for CRO breeding dogs. 14. It is understood the animal is being taken to be raised as one of the family listed above. They are not to be left in a yard with no company day and night for days. We have our program set up so they are part of a family as we do not want our dogs kept on chains or kept in kennel environments, we are wanting them to be raised and kept as part of a family. This does not mean to cannot stay outside if suitable shelter and food and water is provided during the day when the family are at work or school or for regular outings as in a regular household, they would be ok to stay at home on their own during the day inside or outside. The animal is to provided with adequate food, water and shelter to enable the animal to remain in optimum health. Any dietary changes if required are to be made with the knowledge and agreement of CRO. 16. It is the responsibility of the family to ensure the dog listed will receive regular brushing at home and groomed regularly (8-12wks) from an early age. They are to be groomed as a Groodle not as Poodle. 17. If the dog listed in this agreement should become unwell (not attributed to their breeding) whilst in the care of the person listed above, then all costs will be paid by that person. 18. If the dog listed becomes unwell whilst in the care of CRO they will then be responsible for the costs incurred. 19. If CRO determines the dog listed above is having difficulty during their pregnancy or they have difficulty during the birth or they are seen to be unsuitable as a mum it will be at the discretion of CRO that she may be de-sexed and the contract may be finalised early. 20. If the animal can no longer be cared for by the person listed, they will be returned to CRO immediately. They are not to be rehomed by the person listed above without the consent of CRO. 21. If CRO determine the dog listed in this agreement will no longer be required for the CRO breeding program they will arrange for the dog listed to be De-sexed. 22. If CRO ceases breeding dogs or determines the animal listed above is no longer suitable for breeding she/he will be de-sexed and full ownership will then be with the family listed above. 23. Legal Ownership of the dog listed will remain with CRO until the terms of the agreement are met, however the pup will be legally registered to the person listed above for Microchip and Council registration purposes. 24. At the end of this breeding agreement the family listed above will be responsible for de-sexing costs. This payment will then be considered payment in full at the completion of the breeding program. 25. Ongoing care for the remainder of dog’s life will be the responsibility of the person listed above, this is with the understanding if circumstances change they can always contact CRO for assistance if needed and return the dog to CRO. 26. Due to privacy agreements contact with families who have purchased a pup from CRO is prohibited unless contact has been vetted by CRO management. If you have been found in breach of this the pup/dog will be returned to CRO and the contact forfeited. 27. Any and all Social Media postings that are related to the CRO or the CRO brand are to be of a positive nature. If posts placed on a personal social media page/setting or CRO social page are found by CRO Management to be of detrimental nature to the CRO Brand this will then forfeit this contract and the dog will become the full ownership of CRO with immediate possession. Failure to adhere to any part of this agreement during the term of the contract, through neglecting the animals health or wellbeing or hindering the breeding process during the mating or whelping process will mean you have forfeited the agreement in full and the animal will be returned to CRO or taken back by CRO at their discretion. 29. Before signing this agreement please remember the pup has been chosen in the hope that she/he can potentially be a CRO breeding girl or boy. This dog is not for sale and you CANNOT change your mind and offer to buy the dog. My apologies in advance but if this is in your mind please feel free to buy another pup.
